Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and organized Secretary to join our dynamic team. As a Secretary at Solvent.Life, you will provide administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and smooth coordination of day-to-day tasks. You will assist in managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining office records.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and manage email correspondence

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members

  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations as required

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment

  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and other administrative tasks as needed

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or in a similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

  • Professional demeanor and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Prior experience in a financial or technology-related industry is a plus

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a secretary or administrative role
