Antonio Roulet Magides, Founder and Managing Member. Mr. Roulet Magides, born in September 1996, is the Investment Manager & Owner of Solvent Capital Partners and the Chief Executive Officer of Solvent.Life; as such, he is principally responsible for portfolio management, quantitative strategy development, AI-driven trading system oversight, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and the overall strategic direction of both the hedge fund and financial technology platform operations.

Prior to founding Solvent Capital Partners, Mr. Roulet Magides began his career in 2018 when he founded Conglomerated Databases, which laid the foundation for his expertise in data aggregation and financial analytics.  From 2020 to 2024, he served as Director of AlfaSage Limited, a technology company focused on developing artificial intelligence and data processing solutions for financial markets. Concurrently, from 2020 to 2021, he held the position of Director at 20Hz CIC, a community interest company specializing in media data streaming and digital content monetization.  Throughout this period, he developed and obtained multiple patents including "Media data streaming method and apparatus" and "Data flow control method and system," demonstrating his commitment to technological innovation in financial services.

Mr. Roulet Magides began his investing career in 2018 with the development of comprehensive financial databases and data processing systems.  His investment philosophy emphasizes the integration of neural networks and artificial intelligence in financial market analysis, focusing particularly on volatility clustering patterns, systematic risk management, and the democratization of insider trading analytics through technological innovation.  He has been influenced by technology pioneers such as Shayne Coplan, Sam Altman, and Elon Musk, while maintaining a specialized focus on perfecting solutions for highly targeted financial market niches rather than broad market applications.  His approach centers on eliminating human bias and systemic flaws through data-driven, transparent, and ethical decision-making processes.

Mr. Roulet Magides attended Suffolk University from 2015 to 2018 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.  He subsequently pursued advanced studies at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland from 2018 to 2020 and graduated with a Master's Degree in Finance, specializing in international financial management.

Shakeel Rahman, Partner, CIO.  Mr. Rahman, born in April 1998, is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Solvent Capital Partners and the CIO & Partner of Solvent.Life; as such, he is principally responsible for leading investment strategy development, portfolio construction oversight, risk management implementation, quantitative model validation, and the strategic direction of the firm's AI-driven trading platform and systematic investment approaches.

Prior to joining Solvent Capital Partners, Mr. Rahman's complete professional career history began with his focus on developing expertise in quantitative finance and mathematical modeling.  His journey to becoming CIO at Solvent.Life was marked by a commitment to delivering value to investors through innovative investment strategies.

Mr. Rahman began his investing career at Millennium Capital Partners, with a career with a focus as an analyst for the firm. When he assumed the role of CIO at Solvent.Life in November 2023, he brought his analytical expertise and fresh perspective to create investment plans that cater to diverse investor profiles, providing both financial growth and security.  His investment philosophy centers on leveraging highly intelligent AI neural networks for wealth management, transparent investment practices, and the development of sophisticated quantitative models that can adapt to changing market conditions.  Under his leadership, Solvent.Life has flourished as a platform known for its transparent practices and innovative approach to systematic trading.

Mr. Rahman attended Drayton Manor Sixth Form from 2008 to 2016 and then pursued higher education at the University of Portsmouth from 2016 to 2019, where he graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Finance with a specialization in Mathematics.  His academic background provided him with the quantitative foundation essential for his role in developing and implementing complex mathematical models in financial markets.

Harry Davison, Partner, Investor Relations.  Mr. Davison, born in September 1998, is the Partner and Senior Investment Broker of Solvent Capital Partners and the Head of Investor Relations of Solvent.Life; as such, he is principally responsible for investor relations, client engagement, oversight of the Fund’s investment strategies, portfolio management, and stakeholder communications across the organization's quantitative hedge fund operations.

Mr. Davison holds an MSc in Global Financial Management in Roehampton University, providing him with advanced academic credentials in international finance and investment management.  He attended Roehampton University from 2023 to 2024.

Krish Kinra, PM Director, Partner.  Mr. Kinra is the Marketing Manager of Solvent.Life and PM Director & Managing Partner of Solvent Capital Partners; as such, he is principally responsible for content creation, digital marketing strategies, client communications, AI-driven trading content development, and overseeing marketing operations across both the hedge fund and technology platform divisions.

Prior to joining Solvent Capital Partners, Mr. Kinra completed his MSc in Management at Durham University in the United Kingdom from 2022 to 2023.  Before his graduate studies, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC) from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), Delhi University.

Mr. Kinra began his marketing and content creation career with a focus on results-driven marketing strategies, specializing in scaling startups, optimizing acquisition channels, and driving revenue growth through digital platforms.  His professional philosophy centers on leveraging AI-powered analytics and data-driven insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and trading communications.  He has developed expertise in SaaS marketing, artificial intelligence applications in trading, and performance marketing strategies.

Mr. Kinra attended Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, Delhi University from approximately 2019 to 2022 and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.  He then pursued his MSc in Management at Durham University from 2022 to 2023, where he focused on strategic business management.
